Priced by bedrooms and bathrooms: from $750 for a single unit, and from $500 per unit when you book 5 or more. Every turn includes deep cleaning, minor repairs and paint touch-up with your paint. Each crew takes up to 5 units a day; a house counts as 2. Extra painting, exterior painting and heavy turns are quoted and confirmed with you before any work. Book 14 or more days ahead for standard pricing; sooner dates carry an expediting fee, and the earliest start is 24 hours out.

Once the unit is vacant and open to us, we finish the turn in 5 days or less, at the fixed price you booked. If the scope walk turns up heavy repairs, we confirm the price and timeline with you before that work starts.
Cleaning, repairs and paint are all done by our crew under one Pro Punch Crew certificate of insurance, so you keep one vendor on file instead of several trades. Ask for it when you book or request an agreement.
