• Requests and messages: what you tell us in forms, calls, voicemails, texts and emails, including the property management software you use if you share it.
• Vendor details: if you register as a vendor or subcontractor, the business and contact details you provide.
• Communication choices: whether you agreed to receive texts or marketing emails from us, and when.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends when you visit the site, such as device type, pages viewed and cookies our website platform needs to run sign-in, booking and checkout.

How we use it

• To respond to your requests, quote and schedule turns, and carry out the work you book.
• To send booking confirmations, crew schedules, photos, turn updates and invoices.
• To manage your account, long-term agreement and payments.
• To send texts or marketing emails, only if you agreed to receive them.
• To improve our services and website, and to protect against fraud and misuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting, forms, booking and payments (Wix), email and phone service (Google), our business phone and texting provider, and accounting tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• With your property management software, if you ask us to connect it, so work orders, photos and invoices can sync.
• With our crews and subcontractors, only as needed to complete the work you booked, such as a unit address and access notes.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• If the business is sold or reorganized, as part of that transaction, under this policy's protections.

Emails

We send emails about your requests, bookings and invoices. If you agreed to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep accurate business, tax and job records, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers with security measures such as encrypted connections and access controls, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
