What we need

• A current certificate of insurance (COI) showing general liability coverage, plus workers' comp or your state's exemption if you have employees.
• A W-9 for payment. Upload it now or send it during onboarding.
• Any license your trade requires in the state where you work.

How it works

1. Register below and upload your COI.
2. We review your documents and contact you about onboarding and rates.
3. Approved vendors get scheduled for turns. Send a renewed COI before yours expires to stay active.
